Shipping Policy
Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation message from us. If you do not receive a confirmation message within 24 hours of placing, please contact our Customer Service team on Facebook page: New Me Skin Care.
You will then receive a shipping confirmation message from us once your order has been dispatched. Our customer service team will provide tracking number for your reference. On average, your order should take within 3 to 5 working days to arrive.
Return Policy
At New Me Skin Care, we strive to create a pleasant online shopping experience when you shop on newmeskincare.com.
We do accept the returns of unused items purchase on authorised website. We cannot accept an item that has been opened, unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Item (s) must return to us in their original condition within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel. Products must be unopened and in original packaging.
- Shipping fees of returned packages is non-refundable.
- Refunds or exchanges are made to the original form of payment within 14 business days from the date of our office reception of your return parcel. A notification will be sent to you on the status of refund.
